The British Property Lettings Awards ensure that they only reward agents who meet an excellent standard of customer service and ‘go that extra mile for their clients’ by basing the results on a series of over 25 criteria that are judged unbiasedly.
Their judging process is fully inclusive, and is based on a series of mystery shops that take place over various time periods and scenarios, in order to gain a clear and broad understanding of customer service levels.
This, along with the challenging circumstances that the property market has faced over the previous two years, is why we are beyond proud to have won The British Property Lettings Award in Staines for 2021-2022. We could not have accepted it without our experienced staff’s commitment to delivering independent and personal service to each individual client.
