Kings Lettings is an award-winning Lettings Agency, which, since 1962 Kings has provided an efficient residential lettings & property management service to Landlords and Tenants, keeping aware of all relevant legislative/regulatory changes, to give customers consistent well-informed advice within the busy complex UK lettings market. As well as holding lettings for people looking to rent a home, Kings are a superior property management company for landlords wishing to rent out their home, with property management offices in London, Staines, Windsor, Maidenhead & Reading.

In more recent years a logical extension into offering bespoke "Search and Acquisition" services for investors (from home and abroad) has widened the firm's scope - now extending its reach into the heart of the capital, as well as most parts of the UK’s South East region. Moreover (via Kings' Hong Kong base, and associated Asian contacts), Kings' experience has been guiding Chinese and other overseas investors into recommended purchases within the busy London metropolitan areas and surroundings.

Centralised in London and Berkshire, and with offices in the M3/M4 outer London 'corridor', customers benefit from advertising networked throughout Kings' core region (with branches outside of London covering the surrounding areas and towns of Ascot, Bracknell, MaidenheadReading, Slough, StainesWindsor and Wokingham). Properties to let

Kings deal with many types of property (furnished and unfurnished) ranging from rooms, studios and flats/apartments, to houses of all sizes. Properties are let on Assured Shorthold tenancies (usually for a minimum period of six months) and 'company lets'.  Short/holiday lets are sometimes available.


Kings' Maidenhead office is situated in this popular riverside town's High Street, providing connections by train to London (Paddington) and Reading. The adjacent towns of Windsor and Ascot are only a few miles away. Excellent motorway links with M4, M25, M3 and M40 give easy access to London, the West, the North, and to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. The local picturesque Thames-side villages of Marlow, Bourne End, Wargrave and Henley also provide an additional choice of good quality homes.
